How it works
Four steps, no surprises
- 01
Consult
A plain-English call about your business and goals.
- 02
Design
You see layouts and copy before a line of code ships.
- 03
Launch
We handle domain, hosting, and go-live end to end.
- 04
Maintain
Ongoing updates and monitoring — or hand it to you.
Straight talk
You're skeptical. You should be.
Most owners have a bad website story — or know someone who does. Here's what usually goes wrong, and what we put in writing instead.
- 01
The disappearing act
The site gets built, then nobody answers the phone when something breaks or needs changing.
Our commitmentYou get one point of contact who answers. Plans run month-to-month by default, so we have to keep earning it — commit to a 6- or 12-month hosting and maintenance term only if you want the build discount.
- 02
The moving price
A quote turns into change orders, and the final invoice looks nothing like the number you agreed to.
Our commitmentScope and price go in writing before work starts. If something's out of scope, you approve it before we build it.
- 03
The hostage site
A one-line edit becomes a support ticket because the company holds your domain, hosting, and logins.
Our commitmentThe domain, the hosting account, and the credentials are yours. Leave whenever you want and take it all with you.
Questions
What owners ask us first
I've never hired a web company before. Where do we start?
A 15-minute call. We ask what your business does, who you want calling you, and what you already have. You leave with a plan and a price — no jargon.
How long does a website take?
A template site is typically about two weeks. A custom build usually runs four to six weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content and photos.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain, the hosting account, and the logins are in your name. If you ever leave, everything goes with you.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small tweaks are covered on any maintenance plan. Without a plan, we bill hourly at a rate you approve first.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Only if you want the discount. Hosting and maintenance are month-to-month by default — cancel with 30 days' notice. If you commit to a 6- or 12-month hosting and maintenance term, we discount your build cost.
Do you offer a veteran discount?
Yes. Veteran-owned small businesses get 20% off the build cost. Mention it on our first call — no paperwork required.
